Summer weather in Sochi is consistently warm and humid. June sees average highs of 27°C, July and August peak at 30°C, with occasional brief afternoon showers. Sea temperatures reach 25–26°C by July.

What to pack: Light cotton clothes, swimwear, a wide-brimmed hat, sunscreen (SPF 50+), sunglasses, and comfortable sandals. A light rain jacket or umbrella is useful for sudden showers. For evening walks or mountain trips, bring a light sweater — temperatures can drop to 18°C at night.
